• Beach towel and/or small cushion to sit on when you're not standing and dancing (GA Area only)
• Empty plastic water bottle (not glass/metal) to fill up at drinking water stations
• Small Quantity of food/snacks
• Sealed plastic bottles of water
• Sun protection - sunglasses, hat, sunscreen
• Footwear must be worn at all times (thongs are ok)

Please also remember to bring:

• Tickets. Print at home or download to your device before arrival
• Credit card or debit card - cashless payments only for bars, food and merchandise
• ID (This event is strictly 18+)
• Fully charged phone

Please note that all ticket categories are STANDING ONLY and you can NOT bring any large items such as chairs, picnic blankets, eskies, or beach trolleys.

VENUE
This event will be held at Whitfords Nodes Park, Hillarys WA

ENTRY INFORMATION:
Two entry points at the north and south ends of the venue. You can enter with your mobile tickets through both entry points (please download tickets before arriving).

NORTH: Shuttle Buses and ACROD Parking.
SOUTH: Taxi/rideshare drop-off.
BOX OFFICE is located at the North Entry. If you need to collect tickets from a guest list or speak with ticketing staff, please note that there is a walking path from the south gate along the beach side of the event.

TRANSPORT/PARKING
Please note there will be no public parking. We suggest you use public transport, taxi, or rideshare. 

SHUTTLE BUSES will be running from Whitfords Train Station to the venue between 12:30pm and 5:00pm. Shuttle Buses will then commence trips from the venue back to Whitfords Station after the show from 9:45pm.

Shuttle Buses will be located at the Kiss and Ride at the top of Whitfords Station.
$10 for the return trip - cash only.

LEAVING THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW
Please be prepared and allow some time to leave the venue. Expect delays. Your patience is appreciated. Also please respect our neighbours.

There will be no pass outs for this event unless in an emergency or medical situation.
Please make sure bring everything you need for the whole day/night.

Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grassland and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. However, being accompanied by a carer is recommended.

We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lanes and accessible toilet facilities.

ACCESSIBLE AREA: The Accessible Area is at the back of the Premium GA section with a dedicated area and Accessible toilet. Note that there is no platform. Only one carer per person unless there are exceptional circumstances. Other patrons wishing to be near the Accessible Area should purchase Premium GA Tickets.

PARKING for wheelchair/accessible patrons is not always assured, however in the absence of parking close to the gates, alternatives will be provided. Limited ACROD Parking and a drop-off area are both located at the North Entrance of the site. Take the roundabout off Whitfords Avenue, just north of Angove Drive. Traffic management will be there to assist.

On show day, our customer service staff will be available if you need assistance in accessing the concert site.

As much as we love our pets, dogs and other animals are not permitted at the event; with the exception of registered Assistance Animals.

If you need to bring an Assistance Animal to this event, please contact us via info@facetofacetouring.com.au prior to the show, along with suitable documentation so we can review this and provide the appropriate permission before the event.

Alcohol
You may not bring in or leave with any alcohol whatsoever.

Bags
Bags will be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.

Box Office
One box office will be in operation and located near the main entry.
Patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet.

Cloakroom Facilities
Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.

First Aid
First Aid will be in attendance – please approach any of our friendly staff if feeling unwell.

Photo ID
Will be required for entry and to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because this is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take alcohol from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, except in designated smoking areas. Please look out for signage marking this area.

Weather
The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.

ZERO TOLERANCE ON ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected of using or found in possession of illegal substances or drugs will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the police. Undercover police officers may also be actively searching for offenders.

We want all our patrons to have a great time at our concerts. That’s what concerts are all about. We actively support and promote equality, diversity and inclusion and strive for our concerts and events to be a place of belonging.

But we take bad behaviour seriously.

Bullying, fighting, inappropriate touching of others, throwing items on stage, or verbal abuse are all clearly abhorrent and unacceptable. No person should ever have to endure this type of behaviour by others when they are attending a concert and simply trying to have a great time. We take various measures at our concerts to keep patrons as safe as possible.
